I am getting the following error. Multiple users found with email?

This issue mostly occurs when the plugin finds more than one user having the same email address with which you are trying to log in. Please confirm only one user with this email exists. You can refer to the below steps for reference. 

  1. Navigate to the People section in the upper left corner.
  2. Check only one user with the email exists from the user list.
  3. Delete the user duplicate users.
