How do I tell if my WordPress set up is a single site or a multisite?

Log into your WordPress site and you will be presented with the WordPress dashboard
In the case of multisite, on the top left corner you should be able to see options for the Network Admin and the subsequent site management as shown below
In the case of the single site installation of the WordPress site, no such options will be present
Looking at these options simply within your WordPress dashboard will allow you to determine weather or not your WordPress installation is a single site or multisite
