Permission Denied while fetching LDAPS certificate in LDAP Gateway

LDAP gateway is the module that miniOrange provides to the customer to perform sync operations from Active Directory (AD), which is behind a firewall, to miniOrange.

  1. Login to LDAP Gateway using your Admin Credentials.
  2. Go to Setup LDAPS.
  3. Fill in all the fields such as Host, Port, Alias, Password and click on the Fetch certificate Button (Customer Defines these Fields).

The issue arises on the 3rd step when it fails to fetch the certificate.

Steps to Fix:

  1. Stop LDAP Gateway Server and restart it using Admin Privilege (path: /tomcat/bin/Catalina.bat start ).
  2. Reproduce the above steps.
