Automatic Connection: This mode relies on a verified Microsoft application. With just one login, you can easily link your SharePoint sites and document libraries. It's a streamlined process that doesn't require creating your own app.
Manual Connection: In this mode, you have to create your own app in the Azure AD Portal. Unlike the automatic method, it involves more steps and the creation of an app by yourself.
