Azure AD / Office365 Integrations

I receive this error “The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.”

Solution: The reason why you are encountering this error is that the Azure AD user does not have a valid M365 license and therefore, no Exchange Online mailbox is available for their use.
