After upgrading the SAML plugin to the premium plugin, menu is not visible. However, free plugin was working fine. Please advise.

  • In this case, we advise you to please check whether you have a SingleSite WordPress instance.
  • If yes, you have bought a multisite plugin, then the menu will be under network admin dashboard hence it is not visible.
  • Please contact us at samlsupport@xecurify.com. We’ll send you the correct plugin.
