Is there any limitation on the transactions of other authentication methods (QR Code Authentication/Google Authenticator), like for OTP Over SMS there is a limit of 5 transactions in free version of the module?

The limit is only on the SMS, Email and Phone call transactions, and not on any other authentication methods. You can use the other authentication methods for free forever.
